It's been a while. MCO and everything ..

So, we are now in the MCO 2.0 phase. I didn't manage to blog last 2020. As well as the rest of 2019. So I guess I have some time before I make myself busy preparing for my professional certificate CompTIA Security+ in March, postponed from February 2021.

After on career break for almost 2 years since 2017, I managed to get back to the workforce last January 2019. I work as Windows 10 Technical support. I can't believe I still have the communication and technical skills as Technical support. I would say, I did good guys, and I the eldest lady in our department. Who cares. Until October 2019, I got an offer to join SCB again as a contractor. I took this opportunity to do again something that I love the most. So I was hired as Business Analyst for project migration but it only lasted for months. The project that we are supposed to go live in Q1 2020 stopped. Again, I got to work with my old team, SACM Ops team. I managed to stay with them for 18 months before my contract ended with SCB last December 2020. So sad. My line manager tried to convert me to permanent staff twice but Terrabit doesn't want to release me due to some clause which mentioned, I need to work with them for 2 years. I just don't understand. When my contract ended with SCB, my employer Terrabit ended my employment as well. Due to that, I am jobless until now. I got a permanent offer last time from Johnson Matthey, but again due to the clause mentioned by Terrabit, I need to pay 2 months' salary together a month notice period in order to join another company. This is ridiculous. They knew ahead SCB not going to extend my contract, still, they do this.   

But ALLAH is GREAT.  He has another plan for me. He gave another rizq to us. Yesterday I got unexpected news where I am expecting my number 4. Yes, I know. Some of you might think, you are not working but then you pregnant? I do worried about this. I was scared to tell my parents. To be honest, I don't expect as well as my husband and myself was planning and even track my cycle. Not sure what went wrong, we were looking at the tracker and thought what went wrong? We slowly accept this. When you did the first scanning and you saw the sac, what do you expect? You saw his/her heart beating. I am speechless, happy and I was crying. I really thought that I had PCOS (similar symptom) due to my hormone are imbalance. But turn out something bigger is coming. So we are thinking and switching our plan. Our life plan, how to manage our current situation. 



I've decided to do this test when I feel my body something wrong. I put on weight a lot even I less eat. Nausea attack suddenly came, I was sleepy even now still the same and extra tired. A missed period is not part of my symptom since I had an irregular period. My period came 2 months once okay. If anyone read this, help to pray for our health and all will be easy for us towards this journey, ya. Thanks.

Sitting down on your chair, or couch, close your lips. Try to move your jaw in a upward direction. Don't use your hand, use the muscles in your neck. Do this daily, so the muscles in your neck can get some exercise. If you exercise the neck, and chin, you'll start to get a firmer look.



Third double chin exercise 



Stretch your chin. Another easy exercise in opening your mouth. Stretch your chin, and jaw as far as possible from your mouth. Hold it there for about a minute, if you can. You'll feel the resistance right away. Try this daily.



Fourth double chin exercise 



Take your tongue, and try to touch the tip of your nose. Do this about 50-100 times a day. In about a month or so, you should notice a difference doing these double chin exercises. These exercises should make a difference. 



What to eat 



Dieting is still important for maintaining a proper chin. Your chin and neck is just another place to store fats. Removing a double chin will require you to watch your intake of sodium and salt in your diet. 



Home remedies to use for losing a double chin



Creams really don't work. Losing a double chin is similar to losing weight. Exercise and eating proper foods are important. However, a home remedy that can help temporarily is egg whites. Strictly using egg whites will tighten skin pores right away. Leave the egg white on your entire face, and neck for about 15 minutes. Then wash off with warm water. <----- which saya rasa betul. But I only use white egg for masker je zaman Unitar dulu..  Tapi skin rasa tegang la.



You can also try products like the velform chin wrap, or the necklin slimmer. I'd recommend buying these products on ebay or amazon. A lot of sites can claim they have the products, when they really don't. Losing a double chin naturally takes time. So be patience and you should see results soon enough.

::Mcmana nak dptkan perut yg kempis?::

Wokay, serious aku ada masalah berat badan yang melampau. Serious. Last aku pg wedding, Ieta tanya pasal double chin aku. Don't worry, Ieta. I'm ok lah. Jgn ingat sHa terasa tau. Which is betul pun apa yg Ieta cakap sebab b4 that dah beberapa org tegur benda yang sama. Then this morning, si Ramesh tgk pic aku masa kat Unitar dulu dia terkejut tgk aku kurus. Yes, kurus. Then what he said is, I like this pic but now what u need to do is kecik kan bahagian ni. Bahagian ni adalah PERUT. Aku mcm kene tempek gambar kat sini ker? Yes, perut aku mcm preggy lady yang dlm 4/5 bulan. Gila besar, segala lemak2 dah naik? I dunno. Dr Unitar ke TM ke HP ke Atos Origin badan aku membesar bagaikan JUARA angkat besi. Dulu makan 1 hr 5 kali relax je, perut maintain kempis. D***... Tadi aku pergi Tesco shopping brg dapur terserempak dgn Alang, Aunty aku. Dia kata aku makin tembam menjadi2. Pekerja dia pun leh mengiyakan sbb dulu biasa nampak aku. So now, aku rasa aku mcm orang gemuk bukan chubby lagi. Ini adalah kebenaran, satu hari nak pergi keje berkali2 tukar baju. .Even tho nak kuar. Sebab aku takmo nmpk mcm preggy lady. Siap chin up & tummy tuck lagi bila jalan, taknak nampak buncit sebuncit2 nya.

So sila cadangkan diet plan yg sangat berkesan pada aku yg mudah terpengaruh dgn Ice cream and makanan yg sedap2 ni. Owh, sape nak teman setiap hari pergi work out pagi2 and ptg2? IF pg sorang2 tu yg rasa malas. Dulu kat KJ ada Liza. or Frq (terpaksa gak sebut).If dgn Liza, sambil jogging cuci mata. So motivate skit. Then everyday jalan kaki about 1/2 kilometer pergi n balik yg mana jumlah pergi balik dr Unitar adalah dlm 4 kilometer tambah singgah pergi Giant lagi, memang tak berpeluang lemak2 ni nak berkembang dlm badan aku.

So sapa? sapa?

::Hari2 yg tak berapa nak okay::

Owh ini rasanya kali ketiga or kedua demam bagai nak rak. Yang tak best nya time nak tido hidung tersumbat, time dok diam tgk movie or on the phone terbatuk mcm datuk nenek. Awak memang lemah, ayesha.! pg la amik ubat apa2 kat clinic yg bg awak tak demam selalu dlm setahun. Owh, this time punya demam mcm marabahaya skit. Last week keluar with Haz, lepak kat Alamanda. Time nak beli KFC tu lah dia ckp kwn2 keje dia kene H1N1, ada yg kene quarantin. Aku? Mcmana? Dengan harapan berdoa dia tak kene. If dia kene potential is there. Time tu jugak dia kata badan rasa tak best mcm demam. Ishh budak ni, memang lah. tapi nak bergossip punya pasal dia hentam lepak jugak. So, last Monday bergegas sepantas yg boleh ke Klinik Kita, Saujana Impian clinic favorite tuh.. Alhamdullilah, I'm free from this VIRUS..shhuh..shhuh..p jauh2..

Asal nak study je ada je dugaan. Pg la mana2 pun. Tak mcm kat U dulu. So skang aku panic mcmana nak study ni . Jeje kata just buat exam paper. Ramesh pun ckp mcm tuh. Masalahnyer soklan panjang sgt, so kene baca dua tiga kali br paham. Takut..takut..nak pass..nak pass.takut lagi..Then mcm cepat lupa. Dah tau jawapan dia apa, then bila nak pikir balik jwpn dia susah betul nak ingat. Apasat? 5 days left, u better study, Ayesha!! Tadi headache mcm nak pecah kepala. Tak penah kene mcm tuh. Mkn panadol tak jalan jugak. Nak mkn ubat migrain tuh, ibu takde tadi. So tadi br minta, now lega.. Ishh.apa yg aku fikir pun tak tau.
Okay, lagi 1 month nk puasa. LV mcm menjauh dr aku. Tak boleh jadi ni. Ces.. I put on weight again. Boleh rasa, especially tang perut. Kira awal 2007 badan naik menjadi2. Dulu maintain 53-55kg. tak pun 55-57kg. Tp dulu if dpt berat mcm tu kira dah happy, certain org risau sebab mcm berat. Dulu keding. Ada certain orang tak suka tgk aku kurus. Keding la, flat chest la. If pakai baju color hitam, confirm la ada yg lagi komen.


Can u see the different? Okay, now got flabby arms, tummy somemore. It's getting bigger & bigger. Uwaaa..control mcmana pun, susah nak hilang. Angkat dumble? Checked. Jogging? Checked. Itupun, sebulan sekali..ahahah.. Tak mcm dulu. 3 times per week. Herbalife? Checked. Tapi lama2 malas nak buat shake. Kan senang if ada 3 in 1. Ada cara paling senang nak kurus? Now shopping for new tops pun tak best. Hilang confident aku. Owh, aku tgk The Biggest Loser tu mmg menarik. So, weekdays if tak keje aku tgk ulangan show tu kat Hallmark. At least semangat nak kurus tu still ada..Heee..

Erm, still remember about the guy, which is my colleague yg selalu complain pasal this & that kat aku? That day after ckp pasal lengan aku tuh, now asking me to get new hair cut! WTF!! GOD, tension nya aku. Apa masalah dia pun aku tak tau. Teammate yg lain okay je, ada yg suka lagi. But this one, suka2 hati ckp this n that. Ni aku lah. Not ur GF, not ur BFF, not an actress, not a supermodel. Suka hati la aku nak ada rupa or style mcmana pun. Tlg..tlg jauhkan dia dr aku weh.. Rimas..

Kinda busy this week. Study mode. Training mode. Exam mode. Silent mode. Wedding mode. Ha, pasal wedding, nak kene fikir pakai baju apa. Nak beli hadiah ape yerk? Pegi dgn sape since Mr BF dah balik Jhr time tuh. Wawa! disebabkan awak pun cr partner nk pg wedding Ajula., jom kita p sama.. Oh ya, Ajula. Kiranya this coming Sunday 1st time la jugak saye jumpa Hubby awak yg selama ni berusaha tackle awak bersungguh2. Saye kagum ni dgn dia..!!

On diet but bila orang ajak makan je, Mariiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii....

Last week I went to TGIF with Hud. Just imagine food kat situ kan banyak, so dengan hasutan yg berpatutan aku kalah jugak.. Cess!!
